Privacy Policy
Explains how DOKUNTAG SUB handles and protects data.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to DOKUNTAG SUB and its use on supported mobile platforms. Other Dokuntag products may have separate privacy notices.
2. Data stored on your device
Subscription and payment records, special days, tasks/on-call duties/shifts, saved-for-later links, app preferences, completed items, and archive information are stored locally on your device by default.
3. Account and advertising
DOKUNTAG SUB does not require a user account for core use. The app does not display advertising and does not create advertising profiles.
4. Store purchases
Pro purchases and purchase restoration may be handled through the relevant app store for your platform, such as the App Store or Google Play. Dokuntag does not receive or store your payment-card number or full payment details. The app may use limited purchase information provided by the store only to verify purchase status.
5. Notifications
The app uses the device's local notification system for records that you create. Notification preferences and schedules are managed on your device.
6. Backup and export
Supported export and backup files are created only when you request them. You choose where to save them or who to share them with.
7. Content added through sharing
On supported platforms, links or content that you send to DOKUNTAG SUB through the system share menu may be processed on your device to create a record in the app.
8. Third-party services
The App Store, Google Play, and storage or sharing services that you choose are subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
9. Sale and sharing of data
Dokuntag does not sell personal records stored in DOKUNTAG SUB. Core app-record data is not uploaded to Dokuntag servers. Files that you intentionally export or share are outside this local-storage boundary.
10. Data deletion
You can delete individual records or use the in-app option to delete all data. Uninstalling the app may also remove local app data; device or platform backup behavior may depend on your settings.
11. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect local data and app functionality. No device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
12. Children
DOKUNTAG SUB is a general productivity and personal-record management app. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated if the app's data practices or legal requirements change.
