  • Confirm whether you are using the web demo, desktop trial, Standard, or Pro.
  • Write down the Dokuntag Publish version shown in the app.
  • Identify whether the issue concerns activation, device limits, watermarking, export, download, or updates.
  • Never send your complete license key in a public message or screenshot.

License support

  • Standard supports up to 3 active devices.
  • Pro supports up to 10 active devices.
  • First activation requires an internet connection.
  • Periodic license validation is normally performed every 30 days.
  • A 7-day grace period applies when validation cannot be completed immediately.
